Contact me within: 3 days of delivery to report a defect or flaw, please provide images of the issue in your email. A replacement will be processed as soon as you send images of the flaw.

I don't accept cancellations or returns for "wrong size selected""did not fit", or "wasn't what I expected" or "selected the wrong color" or "won't arrive in time" or  "didn't arrive in time" or "I didn't read the description".

You cannot return items because they "aren't what you expected" or "didn't meet your quality expectations". These are very general terms and since you are shopping online, the ONLY things you can reasonably expect are: That the item you purchase looks like the images on the product page and that the print does not have any flaws, fade marks, or noticable differences from the images on the product page. The material of the shirt is usually shown in the description and the brand is also sometimes shown. Expecting anything other than what is advertised in unreasonable. 

Size charts and detailed descriptions are provided, don't skip them. If you are unsure of anything open a chat request or email me for help BEFORE purchase. These items are custom made to order just for you, so please keep that in mind when ordering.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged under any circumstances

  • Custom or personalized orders 
  • Items on sale 

Refunds are not provided if there is a shipping delay due to situations beyond my control. This includes but is not limited to: shipping carrier delays, pandemics, states of emergency, etc.

Refunds are not provided for items lost in transit or returned to sender due to bad addresses. Triple check your shipping address before purchase.
